Get to know me
I'm 30, based in Essex, and I've never really been someone who fits neatly into one description. I love learning for the sake of it. I'll deep-dive into a new tool at 11 pm just because it's interesting. I train hard. I cook, I overthink playlists, and I take my downtime seriously because I've learned the hard way that rest isn't laziness.
I became a coach because I kept watching brilliant people stay stuck, not because they lacked ability, but because nobody had helped them see what was already there. And I became a creator because I wanted to document the messy, real version of building a life that doesn't follow the script.
This whole brand exists because I refused to choose.

How does 1:1 coaching actually work?
We meet weekly via video call through Google Meet. Each session is focused on what's most pressing for you, whether that's a career decision, a confidence block, or building momentum on something you've been putting off. You'll also get email support and an action plan between sessions.
Do you only coach people in education?
No, while I have a specific offer for teachers, my 1:1 coaching is open to any ambitious professional who wants to advance their career or build something of their own. If you're not sure whether we're a good fit, just drop me an email, and we'll chat.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have a technical issue accessing your product, email info@shanafrancis.com and it'll be sorted.
How long does a brand partnership or UGC project take?
It depends on the scope, but typically 1-2 weeks from brief to delivery for UGC. Brand partnerships are agreed on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch with your brief and timeline, and I'll let you know what's possible.
Can I use your Notion templates for my team or clients?
Each purchase covers a single-user licence for personal or business use. If you'd like a multi-seat or team licence, get in touch, and we can arrange that separately.
How do I book you as a speaker?
Email collabs@shanafrancis.com with your event details: date, location, audience size, and the topic you have in mind. I'll come back to you within 48 hours with availability and fees.

Where are you based, and do you work internationally?
I'm based in Essex, UK. Coaching and content work are fully remote, so I work with people internationally. For speaking, I'm available in-person across the UK and virtually anywhere in the world.

You don't have to pick a lane
The idea that you need to choose one thing and stick to it is outdated. The most interesting people, and the most effective professionals, are the ones who bring multiple worlds together. Your range is your edge.

Being behind is a myth
There is no universal timeline. The person you're comparing yourself to is running a completely different race. The only question worth asking is whether you're moving, not whether you're moving fast enough by someone else's measure.

Authenticity is a strategy
Not a buzzword. Not a vibe. The most powerful thing you can do in your career, your content, and your life is to stop performing a version of yourself that fits other people's expectations, and start showing up as the full thing.

Ambition and rest belong together
Burnout isn't a badge of honour. Wanting more doesn't mean running yourself into the ground to get it. The work is learning to build sustainably, with energy, intention, and the capacity to enjoy what you're building.
Education never stops
The best investment you will ever make is in your own knowledge, skills, and self-awareness. Not because someone told you to upskill, but because staying curious is how you stay ahead, stay relevant, and stay alive in your work.
