We begin by having a one-on-one conversation to discuss your current challenges, goals, and what you want to achieve. This allows us to determine if we’re a good fit and tailor the program to your specific needs.

Based on your goals, I will design a custom plan that is specifically focused on your growth. This will include strategies for stress management, leadership development, and establishing a work-life balance that suits you.

Step 3: Weekly or Bi-weekly Sessions

We’ll meet regularly (either weekly or biweekly) for coaching calls, where we dive deep into actionable steps, tackle challenges, and ensure you stay on track. You’ll have ongoing support and guidance every step of the way.

Step 4: Implement Key Strategies and Tools

Throughout our sessions, I’ll provide you with proven strategies and tools that are immediately applicable. From time management techniques to leadership frameworks, these tools are designed

I also offer accountability and ongoing support that colleagues typically cannot provide, helping you stay on track and make measurable progress. What if i'm too busy to commit to mentorship?

I understand your limited time, so my mentorship program is designed to work around your schedule. Live sessions are optional and hosted bi-weekly to ensure you can fit this into your busy life. All live sessions are recorded and saved in your membership area, which you can watch back in your time.


Additionally, you will receive pre-recorded lessons, tools, and strategies, which you can access whenever convenient. The tools I provide are actionable from day one, so you’ll start seeing results quickly without investing hours of extra work. Mentorship is an investment in yourself, and it will ultimately save you time in the long run by providing clarity, reducing burnout, and boosting your confidence. I also offer 1-1 mentoring and group mentoring, which include various payment plans, and we can find the right approach that works for you.
