This is my Story
I’m a London girl who loves sports (I especially enjoy netball and Padel), exploring the latest brunch venues, and supporting new teachers.
With over 6 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and leadership development, I built a business tailored explicitly for teachers to thrive and achieve their dream teaching careers.
My sweet spot is helping new teachers build their identities in a way that feels authentic to them—while having fun along the way. Teachers come to me when they’re tired of spinning their wheels and are ready for an easy-to-follow framework that leads to consistent growth.
Though I’ve had great success in “climbing the teaching ladder,” I always felt there was something more I was meant to do. Maybe you’ve felt that way too? While I’m grateful for my dream job as a Senior Lecturer, where I teach hundreds of new teachers, my true passion lies in empowering new teachers to achieve leadership positions.

I was awarded my Associate Fellowship by Advance HE in 2025
My qualifications include a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and a PGCE in Secondary Education (Physical Education).
Certified level 7 mentor and coach with expertise in working with new teachers with 0-5 years of experience.
A background in pastoral support, including roles such as a form tutor and head of year, supporting and leading a group of other teachers.
Passionate about empowering new teachers to build growth authentically and consistently attract opportunities.
Proven track record of helping new teachers grow their confidence while managing the demands of their job.
My mission is to guide others to success without cookie-cutter approaches, focusing on unique strengths and customised strategies.
